We are a 10-man raid guild with the goal of seeing all the content (including Hard Modes) in Mists of Pandaria. Being in a 10-man raid guild means that we need to be able to rely on each other. There is no dead weight in a 10-man raid. For that reason raid members are expected to know their class and perform well. World of Logs reports will be posted for each raid and it's expected that the average raider will use it to evaluate themselves and find room for improvement.

We raid on a casual schedule, but consider ourselves hardcore when it comes to the raid itself. All raiders should arrive with flasks and food ready to go. Especially because we are a 10-man guild there may not be a banquet available. Raiders are expected to stay for the duration of the raid unless they alert the guild beforehand that they have to leave early. It just takes a few seconds to say something to someone in gchat. Leaving word on the forums is okay too. The point is, we are a small guild and losing anyone prematurely can end up halting the raid.

Each raid group raids twice a week (Wednesday/Thursday, 6.30pm-9.30pm server and Saturday/Monday, 7.30pm-11pm server (Sat) 7.30pm-10pm (Mon)). Because of the raid lockout extensions it is possible we will extend a given raid ID so that we will not have to re-clear content from week to week, however in general this is not our preferred method of progressing through content. The goal is to get in, do what we need to do, and then get out, giving our raid team time to do dailies, have fun on alts, PvP, flop around out of game, or what have you.

We're all adults here (or mature enough to pass for adults), so there is no censorship in guild chat. Good natured ribbing, even it's politically incorrect beyond your wildest imaginings, is okay as long the receiving party is cool with it. Guild members are expected to respect one another and check their tempers at the door.

If there is a problem that guild members cannot resolve on their own, please bring it to the Guild Master's attention as soon as possible (or a Deputy if it cannot wait and the Guild Master is unavailable).
