2) When you want to research your spec/gear so you can tank/heal/dps better, where do you go to get this information? Usually Ask Mr.Robot, Or Icy Vains.com



3) How willing are you to switch roles (tank to dps, dps to healer, etc.) if your class allows for it? Are you willing to switch specs for specific fights? Note: If you were recruited as dps we will understand if you do not want to be a permanent tank/healer, but it's good to know if we can hot-swap you if someone's absent that day.

I really don't have a offspec for my Tank , But I also have a 665 resto shaman if need a extra healer, and working on his gear at the moment.



4) What is your current raid progression? If it is different from the character you are applying with, also tell us why you are switching mains.

I am 9/10 Heroic BRF and Looking for clear, I know fights very well and as well as know my toon.



5) Do you have any notable achievements when raiding previous tiers? (e.g. Killing Kael'thas in TK before he was skippable, Bane of the Fallen King before 4.0.1, etc.)

I have all Achievements from last expantions As well As AOTC, Bane of the Fallen King, All Mythic SoO, And many others.



6) Do you have any World of Logs reports or Recount breakdown screenshots you could link or post so we can get a feel for your performance?

No I don't I don't screenshot much of anything nor do I keep Logs.



7) We have a 75% attendance policy. Obviously things come up and we understand that, however we are looking for dependable raiders. Are you available to make both scheduled raid days for the group you are applying to (Sat/Mon for Group 1, Wed/Thursday for Group 2)?

Yes!



8) Are you aware that we are a Pacific Time (PST) server? If you are transferring, it may be beneficial to test that you have adequate ping to our server (located in California) to ensure that your gameplay will not be lagged.

Im central so its fine.



9) What really annoys you in a guild?

Drama, Know it alls and Young Punks!



10) Do you know any of our members? If so, how do you know them?

Zero



11) Are you the type to regularly visit your guild's forums? Note: We often post strategies on the forums and require that any absences be posted in advance.

In the past yes I have usued guild websites.



12) Give us a few reasons why we should chose you for our raid team.

Well I think I could help the guild out in the tanking area and I'm drama free, I'm 35 years old Been playing the game for about 8 years now. I know mechanics and feel Like I could be a great addition to your raid team.



13) Please take a few sentences to tell us about yourself; how old you are, what you do for a living or what you study, what other games you might play, etc.

Well again 35 years old , I own a small custom painting company and have 2 kids with 1 on the way, I play Heroes of the Storm Beta, I don't like to give a bunch of information out on the internet if its not a app for a job!..LOL..thats just me

Hi Lennoxx, we do have a number of trials running at the moment and I would need to confirm what our tank requirements are going to be moving forward.

Having said that, W/Th will be needing a tank to fill in this week, so if you were interested in stepping up for that, it would be well received!!!

Although I am not able to attend raid for the next two weeks (real life... aarrgghhh), if you could talk to Shanlarra at or before raid start time Wednesday (6.45pm server), it would get the ball rolling.
