My class is MONK, my main spec is Mistweaver! I have a offspec of Windwalker but i dont like to talk about that spec, its not relevant at all (still in the works)
2) When you want to research your spec/gear so you can tank/heal/dps better, where do you go to get this information?
I get my information from MR. Robot for my gear and upgrades, i go to sim craft to see what i should be pulling in preformance, i use icy veins for all of my information on class specifics, and if i cant find it ill ask someone who plays Mist weaver for more info!
3) How willing are you to switch roles (tank to dps, dps to healer, etc.) if your class allows for it? Are you willing to switch specs for specific fights? Note: If you were recruited as dps we will understand if you do not want to be a permanent tank/healer, but it's good to know if we can hot-swap you if someone's absent that day.
Well at this time my wind walker spec is not very relevant in terms of having that spec geared and even knowing fully how to play it. if DPS was needed then i would have yall look at my 679 fury/arms warrior.
4) What is your current raid progression? If it is different from the character you are applying with, also tell us why you are switching mains.
My current raid progression is 7/7 N HM 6/7 H HM 8/10 N BRF 8/10 H BRF on my monk (alt) and on my warrior (which is my main for now) but thinking to switching to my MW MONK as my main.
5) Do you have any notable achievements when raiding previous tiers? (e.g. Killing Kael'thas in TK before he was skippable, Bane of the Fallen King before 4.0.1, etc.)
I started at the end of MoP :/ so i dont have that much experience with older raids being current... BUT! i did down oregorger before his nerf on the rolling phase~!
6) Do you have any World of Logs reports or Recount breakdown screenshots you could link or post so we can get a feel for your performance?
No :/ im still relatively new to world of warcraft so i dont know all that much about how to log and such, but im always willing to learn and give it my best shot to provide some!
7) We have a 75% attendance policy. Obviously things come up and we understand that, however we are looking for dependable raiders. Are you available to make both scheduled raid days for the group you are applying to (Sat/Mon for Group 1, Wed/Thursday for Group 2)?
Currently my work schedual is this WED/THURS/SAT OFF rest of the time i work, i only have 2 days off... SO! i would be able to make Wed thursdays most weeks and there will be a week or 2 where i will have thursday/saturday off... so i beleive i will make the correct times around 90% of the time!
8) Are you aware that we are a Pacific Time (PST) server? If you are transferring, it may be beneficial to test that you have adequate ping to our server (located in California) to ensure that your gameplay will not be lagged.
i live in arizona so i am in PST/PDT and this wont be a problem with me

progression core raiders thinking that they are better than everyone else...

i can get used to it, im used to a facebook page that i moderate for my current guild (im a officer in Skyshattered abyss, KJ) we do alot of the same postings.

Im quick at adapting, i can overcome any challenge, and im patient. Where i lack i will improve, when people need help im there to help. I am your cornerstone of the empire that you have to have in BYTM!!
