I am currently running Elemental for my main spec and Restoration as my off-spec.Having healed for many years, now when I am running dps I usually find myself still dropping healing totems and throwing healing rain often and stopping to spot heal when I see that a healer may be struggling. I am disappointed in my recent resto set numbers so I scrapped it and am currenty using my full elemental set for both specs. As I am able to acquire better gear I am going to put together another full resto set but for now I am happy with what I am working with.

2) When you want to research your spec/gear so you can tank/heal/dps better where do you go to get this information? Nearly everyone says EJ, so impress us. Where do you go for your information besides EJ?
Although I often check out a number of different sites on various occasions the sites I use most often are Ask Mr. Robot and Icy Veins
3) How willing are you to switch roles (tank to dps, dps to healer, etc.) if your class allows for it? Are you willing to switch specs for specific fights (e.g. a mage going frost for add kiting on Nef)? Note: If you were recruited as dps we will understand if you do not want to be a permanent tank/healer, but it's good to know if we can hot-swap you if someone's absent that day.
I am really having some fun with elemental but having healed for many years I do not mind filling that role.I much prefer raid heals or off-heals to direct single target tank healing (unfortunately no longer a mana battery) but will tank heal as long as I am able to manage it without causing difficulty for the raid as a whole.
4) What is your current raid progression? If it is different from the character you are applying with, also tell us why you are switching mains.
In new content I am currently 2 / 7 normal and 6 / 7 lfr.
5) Do you have any notable achievements when raiding previous tiers? (e.g. Killing Kael'thas in TK before he was skippable, Bane of the Fallen King before 4.0.1, etc.)
Minus a few breaks of different periods of time over the years I started playing just after the first beta and ran my first raid not long after that.I have great number of boss kills (before there were ach.) and achievments.Many before they were "gimped" and some after.Instead of going through and listing them all I am confident in saying that I have done my share.
6) Do you have any World of Logs reports or Recount breakdown screenshots you could link or post so we can get a feel for your performance?
I do not have any recent reports but I have been with the guild several months and have been on a number of raids as a healer.
7) What are your professions, are they maxed, and why did you choose these? If they are gathering professions would you be willing to switch to a more raid viable profession?
Enchanting 697 / Jewelcrafting 672 I chose these professions because with constant gear changes and upgrading I wanted to be able replace gems and enchants without having to always hit the auction house.
8) Are you available to make both scheduled raid days for the group you are applying to (Sat/Mon for Group 1, Wed/Thursday for Group 2)? Obviously things come up, we understand that. We have a 75% attendance policy. However we are looking for dependable raiders.
Yes I am available any night of the week. I work a lot so I would prefer to raid on Satuday and Monday.
9) In which timezone do you play? Are you aware that we are a Pacific Time (PST) server and schedule our events at primetime for our server (usually starting around 7-8 p.m.)? If you are transfering, have you tested that you have adequate ping to our server (located in California) that your gameplay will not be lagged?
I play on Eastern Standard time.Raid times will not be a problem for me.
10) What other guilds have you been a part of and what were their primary goals? Why did you choose to leave your former guilds?
Dragoons of Alleria was my first (almost get misty eyed thinking about those first raids) guild.I started in the Alliance as a human warrior then made a tauren warrior with the Horde.Not long after that I got a second account and made the shaman so I could tank and heal at the same time which which was pretty easy back in vanilla.My first Horde guild was Knights of War (raiding)(long ago defunct).After floating awhile I spent a couple years in Wreckage (raiding)(left for personal reasons),Shadow Redemption (raiding)(left to go to CG),Cemetary Gates (raiding)(left to take some time off wow for health reasons),Shadow Redemption (raiding)(left to join HC),before BYTM I was an officer and longtime raider in Honors Creed (several years on and off).After raiding some MoP content I got disgusted over shaky and shady guild leadership and left the game for over a year and quit Honors Creed the first night I logged back on and was fortunate not long after that to end up in Be Your True Mind.Just to not leave anything out I also have my own guild "Juggernauts" that I acquired for bank space and to hold my alts and to park my main on the occasions that I have been homeless.When I am raiding with a guild I tend to focus on that main char with the guild and do not drag all my alts around with me.
11) Are you currently guilded, and if so, have you informed your current guild leader that you are applying with us? I have been guilded with Be Your True Mind for several months already.

To keep it simple...as many great things as I can.

I recognize a number of names from raiding on various toons over the years but am probably most acquainted with Galandris and Banner. They are both stand-up guys and I have raided with them both a number of time over the last few years.
15) Are you the type to regularly visit your guild's forums? Note: We often post strategies on the forums and require that any absences be posted in advance. If you're forum-phobic this isn't a good guild for you to raid with.
When I am in an active guild I keep up with guild postings,forums,etc.Unless it is required for something I am not much of a poster these days but I like to read what is going on with guild events,raid strategies and what people have to say.

Well I am going to turn 44 this coming February.I am a dental lab technician going on almost 20 years.I can do almost any work you would have done by a dentist but I specialize in CAD / CAM computer designed and machine milled products and implant restorations.I like white water rafting,kayaking and canoe trips when I can get the time to go and I also love a good book or movie.I am just playing WoW at the time because I am working a lot but I dabble some with SC II,Diablo III and several other mmo types.I have always been a Star Wars freak so I love SWTOR but I had so many toons and just got burned out trying to run them all so I have not played it in awhile.I have never been into consoles but I am thinking about getting an Xbox just so I can play Destiny.

Honestly it isn't really worth a screenshot. There isn't much to see.I slimmed way down on mods so I just have bartender bars bottom right and a lot of open space.I have omen and recount top left,chat bottom left and map top right.Nothing else needed.
